Came here for the first time last week. I’ve been looking for a new lash salon since I’ve moved downtown and no longer want to drive out to Markham to go to my usual spot. I’ve tried out a few places but was unimpressed and left disappointed, that is until I found Miss J lash lounge! I had my first session with Lisa and she did an amazing job! I’m looking forward to returning for my refill! Lisa was professional and made sure I was comfortable. She asked me what I liked and gave me some advice. she was very accommodating and the whole time that she was working on me I didn’t feel a thing! It’s my first experience where I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the entire process. It’s been two weeks and my lashes look great. I am a natural looking lash girl but I trust Lisa to try something new for perhaps my next session! Thank you, Lisa! I would have posted a pic, but I’m shy 😛

I had my first eyebrow shaping appointment with Crystal today at Miss J. Crystal was very gentle and took the time to listen to me and understand my request. The result was fantastic, and I’m loving how my eyebrows turned out! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I recently moved back downtown and was doing some heavy research to find a new brow place, especially considering how picky I am due to many poor experiences at other places in the past. Miss J’s was at the top of the Google ratings, and for a VERY good reason! I decided to give them a chance a couple of weeks ago and had booked in with Lisa for a brow shaping/clean up, and boy am I GLAD THAT I DID!! Lisa slayed my eyebrows on the first go, and worked her magic yet again on my most recent visit to get them cleaned up. I’m so happy that I decided to book in with Lisa at Miss J’s a few weeks ago, because I have definitely found my new and favourite brow girl. Also, the place is super cute and comfortable, I love the boutique style shop and appreciate how friendly all the staff are!
